INTEGRATED MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS PLANS

Below you will find two IMCPs I created to serve a culmination of my capabilities; showcasing my skills of client research and discovery, strategy formulation, content and collateral design, and resource management and allocation. These documents act as an A-to-Z guideline for strategy implementation and were presented to representatives of both organisations. 

DEVELOPMENT WA YAGAN SQUARE

The brief for this project was to come up with a couple strategies to repopulate the desolate Yagan Square building. At the time, before Nokturnl took over the lower round space, Yagan Square's interior was set up for multiple food and beverage vendors, however longevity was unattainable due to the lack of foot traffic inside the complex. 

The strategy in this IMCP, Kaya Collaborate, leverages both the precincts existing food and beverage capabiltiies with additions to tailor the space to compliment the (then) coming ECU campus construction.

City of Melville Piney Lakes Environmental Education Centre

The project conducted for the City of Melville's Piney Lakes Environmental Education Centre was to bring more of the local community to the site. Being a non-profit and government funded site, the IMCP addresses who already uses the space and what segment of the market is missing. One of the first proposed changes was to rename the centre to EcoHub, something that has been done and evidenced here. The consequent strategy was to hold events targeting the youth of the City of Melville and surrounding communities focused on sustainable fashion and leveraging the popularity of "thrift culture". This strategy was titled: EcoHub Summer Swap Campaign, and details how these events can be run with minimal cashflow and minimal waste.
